Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You provide express consent to receive text messages from Beau Button, L.L.C. in either of the following ways:
(a) by checking the SMS consent checkbox and entering your mobile number on the contact form at beaubutton.com; or
(b) by checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile number in a signed services agreement with us.
In each case, providing consent is optional, requires your affirmative action, and is not required to use our website or to purchase any goods or services. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 4.
